Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

HACKER ALERT... I Got this from
There's someone going around and hacking into peoples' accounts and posting vial comments to their friends so they can get mad and try to get them banned.
I advise you to post this to your profile page, so your friends can know that if a random post comes up vindictive to them, that it's not you, that someone got into your account.
PLEASE REPORT SPAM TO dA IF YOU RECEIVE OUT OF CHARACTER COMMENTS FROM MY ACCOUNT.
PLEASE WE ADVISE YOU TO POST THIS TO EVERYONE OF YOUR FRIENDS.
Everyone needs to be civil with each other, until the dA administration can resolve this crucial issue.
So if I start acting horrible, you know its NOT ME!
